A Shipment number is a unique 9 or 10 digit number given to each of your Skypak or Skycom Shipments. To know your Shipment number, simply check the airway bill given to you at time of booking your shipment. It is the number below the barcode. You will need to provide this number whist inquiring about anything regarding your shipment. |

A Skypak Service Specialist will send you the summary of your shipment within 24 hours. |

| 7. | What is SkyPod?
SkyPOD is a service by which you can check the signed proof of delivery of your shipment online. Presently Skypak offers this service for only those shipments, which have been delivered at select locations. |

| 8. | There is no available POD for my shipment online. How can I procure the proof of delivery?
You may contact a Skypak Service Specialist and request the POD for your shipment. Skypak may levy a nominal charge for this service. |

| 9. | Can I re-route my shipment before a delivery attempt is made?
Yes. You may re-route your shipment in transit before simply simply contacting the nearest Skypak Office or contacting a Skypak Service Specialist makes a delivery attempt. |

| 10. | Can I re-route my undelivered shipment to another location?
Yes. You may re-route an undelivered shipment to any other Skypak Serviceable location at a small re-routing charge. To know more please contact our nearest office or a Skypak Service Specialist. |

| 11. | What is an Inscan, Outscan, Out for Delivery and Exception?
Here are the definitions for the above-mentioned terms.
Inscan: Shipment has reached a particular destination and has been scanned
Outscan: Shipment has been forwarded from a particular destination to the next transit point or destination.
Out for Delivery: Shipment has reached its destination and is out for delivery.
Exception: Shipment could not be delivered. The reason is mentioned alongside. |

You may find out any additional details regarding your shipment by simply contacting a Skypak Service Specialist. |
